Financial modelling & FP&A

Three-statement models, budgets and forecasts built so your own team can run them. Driver-based, tied to the accounts, with scenarios for the decisions you are actually weighing.

Who this is for

  • Companies whose forecast lives in one person's spreadsheet
  • A decision with real money attached — a new site, a price change, a hire plan
  • Lenders or investors who have asked for a proper three-statement model

How the work runs

  1. Scope

What decisions the model has to answer, and what data we can rely on.

  2. Build

The model, tied to three years of actuals, with checks that flag when something stops balancing.

  3. Train

Your team runs the next month's update with us watching, then on their own.

A good model is a tool for making one decision better — whether to open a second site, raise prices by 4%, or take on a contract that needs twelve new hires. A bad model is a spreadsheet only one person understands, which is why it is out of date.

Built to be handed over

We build in plain spreadsheet formulas, not macros, with inputs on one tab and every calculation traceable. The model is tied to your last three years of accounts so the starting point is not in question, and a check sheet tells you the moment the balance sheet stops balancing.

Priced per model

A three-statement model with scenarios is from $7,500. Budgets and rolling forecasts built on top of an existing model are from $4,000. Ongoing FP&A support — the monthly variance review and reforecast — is covered by a fractional CFO retainer.
